The Indonesian national team has secured its place in the fourth round of qualifiers for the World Cup in North America. Now, the location where the team will play its matches has been announced.

Details: The Asian Football Confederation has declared that teams from Pot 1—Qatar and Saudi Arabia—will host the fourth round matches. The exact venues, however, will only be determined after the draw.

Essentially, whichever Pot 1 team Indonesia is drawn against, that is where they will play their qualifiers. Indonesia will be in Pot 3 for the draw, which means Iraq and the UAE are among their potential opponents.

Reminder: The fourth round draw will take place on July 17 in Osaka, Japan. The matches are scheduled for October 8, 11, and 14. The winner of each group will qualify for the World Cup. The teams finishing second in the fifth round will compete for a spot in the intercontinental playoff.
