Called ‘Delloo Njukkel – Trophy Tour’, this initiative aims to showcase the 2025 Africa Cup trophy won by the Lions of Teranga in Morocco in all regions of the country.
The tour, which began in Joal, Thiès and Tivaouane on Saturday 7 February, will continue until 15 February 2026. The delegation, which includes Senegal's national team coach Pape Thiaw, was warmly welcomed in the towns it visited yesterday.
On Sunday, the delegation will head to Saint-Louis and Matam to continue celebrating the Lions of Teranga's victory. The Nations Cup trophy will then travel to Tambacounda, Kolda, Ziguinchor, Dakar and many other towns in Senegal.
