The supercomputer has determined which teams face the toughest opponents in the UCL
On Thursday, the draw for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League 2024–2025 took place, and 36 teams learned which eight opponents they will face.
Now that the draw is complete, and we have a full list of 144 group stage matches, the question arises: which teams have the most favorable draws?
According to the Opta Power Rankings, Celtic received the easiest set of fixtures in the group stage. Bayern Munich had the second-easiest draw, while Manchester City and Real Madrid also drew relatively less daunting opponents.

Paris Saint-Germain, the French champions, face the toughest schedule in the group stage: they will travel to Bayern Munich and Arsenal, and host Manchester City and Atlético Madrid. They also have challenging matches against PSV Eindhoven and Girona.
The main loser, however, appears to be Sparta Prague. The Czech side will play away games against Stuttgart, Feyenoord, Bayer Leverkusen, and Manchester City, and at home, they will face Brest, Salzburg, Atlético Madrid, and Inter Milan.
