The striker for Manchester United, Rasmus Hojlund, will be sidelined for several weeks due to injury, as reported by The Athletic.

It has been revealed that the 21-year-old footballer has suffered a muscular injury and will miss approximately two to three weeks. Consequently, he will not be available for matches against Fulham, Nottingham, and Manchester City. Additionally, his participation in games against Everton and Sheffield United remains uncertain. Head coach Erik ten Hag has reassured that the injury is not severe.

"It's not a serious injury, just 2-3 weeks. What happened is a result of high-intensity training. He needs to wait for 2-3 weeks," he said.

This season, Hojlund has tallied 13 goals and provided two assists.

On another note, Manchester United striker Anthony Martial will depart the club at the end of the current season. The contract of the French forward with the "Red Devils" expires in June, and while Manchester United has an option for automatic renewal, the club will not be exercising it.
