Towns has recovered ahead of schedule after undergoing surgery to repair a torn left meniscus. According to preliminary assessments by doctors, the Minnesota star was expected to return at the beginning of the playoff series.

In the current NBA regular season, Karl-Anthony Towns has played 60 games, averaging 22.1 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.

Minnesota Timberwolves have three more games left in the regular season. They will face Denver on the night of April 11, followed by matches against Atlanta and Phoenix.
