The sporting director of Barcelona discussed the objectives set for the team's head coach
Before the start of this season, Barcelona appointed a new head coach, German specialist Hansi Flick.
Barcelona's sporting director, Joan Laporta, spoke about Flick's work and the objectives set for him.
"We expect professionalism from Flick, for him to be a coach who offers the style of football we enjoy. We agree on everything, and he is laying the foundation for achieving our goals.
He is someone who doesn’t look for excuses and works with what he has. We haven’t set any specific targets regarding titles. Flick wants the same as we do, and we will work towards that," said Laporta.
Under Flick's guidance, Barcelona has started the season brilliantly, winning all four of their matches, accumulating 12 points, and currently sitting at the top of the table.
Additionally, Barcelona's sporting director Joan Laporta spoke about the tense relationship between the Catalan club and Real Madrid.
