The sheikhs have made it to Madrid. Atletico will rename their stadium again

Money from the Middle East continues to exert increasing influence on football, and now Saudi investors have reached Spain.
Details: According to the club’s official website, Atlético Madrid has reached an agreement with the Saudi firm Riyadh Air to rename their stadium.
The deal is set to run until the summer of 2033, during which time Atlético will earn between €250 million and €300 million from the stadium’s name change.
When Atlético moved to their new state-of-the-art stadium in 2017, it was called Wanda Metropolitano, and last season it became Civitas Metropolitano. Now, the stadium will be known as Riyadh Air Metropolitano.
Reminder: La Liga is preparing to file a lawsuit against Atlético Madrid fans over their behavior during the derby against Real Madrid.
