The Serie A newcomer wants to sign the legendary Spanish goalkeeper

Legendary Spanish goalkeeper José Reina could return to Italy once again. Renowned journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Serie A newcomer Como is interested in signing the veteran goalkeeper.
According to the source, the 41-year-old former Liverpool and Spain national team goalkeeper will be offered a one-year contract. Reina is expected to join Como on a free transfer, as he is a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Villarreal.
It is also noteworthy that Reina will play under his former Spain national team teammate Cesc Fàbregas at Como.
Last season, Reina played 12 matches, keeping three clean sheets and conceding only 15 goals. It is worth mentioning that José has previously played in Italy, having stints with Napoli, Lazio, and Milan.
