The second pair of Wimbledon 2024 semi-finalists has been determined

Today, the last quarterfinals of the women's singles tournament at Wimbledon 2024 took place, determining the second pair of semifinalists.
In the first match, Czech player Barbora Krejčíková defeated Latvia's Jelena Ostapenko. She won the first set 6-4, and in the second set, Krejčíková triumphed in the tiebreak 7-4.
In the second match, Elena Rybakina continued her winning streak against Elina Svitolina. At the beginning of the match, the opponents exchanged breaks, but Rybakina ultimately won the first set 6-3. In the second set, the Kazakh player took control from the start and won it 6-2.

- Donna Vekić (Croatia) vs. Jasmine Paolini (Italy)
- Barbora Krejčíková (Czech Republic) vs. Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan)
It is worth noting that last year's Wimbledon was won by Czech player Markéta Vondroušová.
