The second pair of semi-finalists of the Masters in Rome has been determined

The second semifinal pair of the ATP1000 tournament in Rome has been determined. On Thursday, May 16, two quarterfinal matches took place.

In the first match of the day Tommy Paul defeated Hubert Hurkacz. The American tennis player won in three sets - 7:5, 3:6, 6:3.

Paul will face Nicolas Jarry, who knocked Stefanos Tsitsipas out of the tournament in a tight 3:6, 7:5, 6:4 contest. The rivals spent 2 hours and 42 minutes on court.

Alexander Zverev and Alejandro Tabilo will face off in the second semifinal pairing. Both meetings will take place on Friday, May 17.
