Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to boycott Al-Nassr’s next match and will not play against Al-Riyadh. As a result, the league is now in a state of real turmoil.

Details: According to insider Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Cristiano Ronaldo has opposed the transfer of Karim Benzema to Al-Hilal. He believes such a move undermines the sporting integrity of the entire league. Moreover, it has already begun to affect other transfers across the competition.

According to the same source, due to Ronaldo’s intervention in the Benzema transfer, deals involving Kanté’s move to Fenerbahçe and En-Nesyri’s transfer to Al-Ittihad have currently been put on hold. All parties have already agreed on the terms, but the Professional League has yet to give its approval.

This season, Ronaldo has made 22 appearances for Al-Nassr, scoring 18 goals and providing three assists. Overall, Cristiano has now netted 961 goals in his career, leaving him just 39 short of the coveted 1,000-goal milestone.

Reminder: We previously reported that Al-Nassr published their starting line-up for the league match. As it turned out, Cristiano Ronaldo was included neither in the starting eleven nor in the matchday squad.
