The Saudis are ready to hijack Milan's transfer target

According to insider Nicolò Schira, Tottenham's right-back Emerson Royal has attracted interest from an unnamed club in Saudi Arabia. This club has reportedly offered €20 million to the London team for the acquisition of the 25-year-old Brazilian player.

Earlier reports indicated that Emerson had already agreed to personal contract terms with AC Milan until the summer of 2029, with the Italian club also showing interest in him. However, Milan and Tottenham have not been able to reach an agreement regarding the transfer fee for the defender. An offer of €14 million was rejected.

Last season, Emerson played 24 matches and scored 1 goal. According to Transfermarkt, his contract with the English club still has two years remaining, with a valuation of €18 million.
