In recent weeks, there have been numerous rumors surrounding Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, suggesting he might leave the club due to a lack of playing time.

According to Defensa Central, Lunin's agent, Jorge Mendes, has likely informed the club that the Ukrainian goalkeeper will remain with the team for the 2024/25 season. This decision comes as the Portuguese agent has exhausted attractive offers for Lunin’s career continuation.

Their best option was Chelsea, but the London club found an alternative and decided against signing the Ukrainian. However, it remains unclear whether Lunin will accept Real Madrid’s offer to sign a new contract or begin searching for a new team as a free agent in January 2025. His current contract runs until 2025.

Meanwhile, a new saga has begun in Madrid. The Saudi Arabian Investment Fund is keen on signing Real Madrid winger Vinícius Júnior.
