On Tuesday, April 8, Real Madrid heads to face Arsenal at the Emirates, but it seems they are not intimidated at all.
According to Opta, Real has not lost in eight consecutive first-leg matches in the knockout rounds. If they manage to avoid defeat against Arsenal today, they will break their own record — from April 2016 to February 2019, the Madrid side also went unbeaten in eight initial knockout stage matches.
