The PSG's third-choice goalkeeper, Alexandre Letellier, and his family fell victim to a home invasion when four burglars broke into their home in Ivry around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, as reported by RMC.

Despite the alarm being activated upon the detection of intruders in the garden, the assailants managed to enter the house and hold Alexandre, his wife, and their two children, aged two and six, captive. Reportedly, one of the criminals assaulted the goalkeeper's wife, while another threatened Letellier with a knife, demanding valuables and money, resorting to physical force.

Fortunately, swift intervention by the authorities prevented further harm, leading to the arrest of three out of the four attackers, two of whom were minors. They were taken into custody by the Versailles police. According to French media reports, two of the minors were 16 years old, while the adult arrested was 21 years old. Additionally, stolen items from the house were recovered from all three.

Chloe Letellier, the player's wife, expressed gratitude to everyone for their support on her Instagram page, assuring that they were physically unharmed.

"Thank you so much for all your messages. Physically, we are fine."

The 33-year-old Letellier emerged from PSG's youth academy but spent most of his career outside the club, mainly playing for Ligue 1 clubs. He returned to the French capital in 2020 from Orleans. Although he has seen limited playing time on the field, he seems to be a valued member of the team.
