Former Mainz, Borussia Dortmund, and Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has received a state award.
Details: According to Bild, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier presented the German coach with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Quote: "However, success and fame have never prevented him from paying attention to each individual athlete and recognizing their personality," the statement reads.
