The Nice defender is close to a move to England. But not to Man United

Nice defender Jean-Claire Todibo has long been linked with a move to England and now the club where the player could end up is known.
According to Sky Sports, Nice have reached an agreement to move the 24-year-old defender to West Ham. "The Hammers" will get the player on loan with an option to buy for £27 million.
However, the London club still need to reach an agreement on the transfer with the defender himself, which can be very difficult against the background that the Frenchman is also interested in Juventus of Turin.
Earlier Todibo was linked with a move to Manchester United, but as the English club and Nice are owned by the same owner, the deal fell under a ban from UEFA.
The 24-year-old defender played in 30 Ligue 1 matches last season, where he made two goal assists. He was instrumental in the club finishing fifth in the league and securing a place in the Europa League.
