The new Chelsea manager spoke about his first week at the club and the pressure he is facing

Italian specialist Enzo Maresca has become the new Chelsea manager. On Monday, July 8, he shared his experiences from his first week at the club and the pressure he faces.
According to Maresca, there has been a lot of work, which is entirely normal at the beginning. He has been meeting people at the training base and the players currently available. However, he described the feelings as fantastic. Regarding the pressure, Maresca stated that it is a standard for a club like Chelsea.
"This is a key factor because you immediately understand that if you join a club like Chelsea, you are obligated to win. We will do everything possible to win, to compete and contend with clubs that fight for titles," Maresca declared.
He also emphasized the importance of believing in the process, in the work, and in the team. Like in any club and for any manager, it won't be easy. However, he is confident that this job will bring a lot of satisfaction.
Notably, with Enzo Maresca's appointment as Chelsea's head coach, there has been a shift in the approach to squad composition, which may affect the current players of the team.
