French club Lille and German side Bayer are showing serious interest in 22-year-old Union Saint-Gilloise attacking midfielder Relebohile Mofokeng.

Details: According to football insider Ekrem Konur, the scouting departments of the Ligue 1 and Bundesliga clubs continue to closely monitor the rapid progress of the South Africa international in European football. Official offers worth around €15 million, approximately R276 million, could reportedly arrive at the Belgian club as early as the winter transfer window.

The young winger's assured performances in the Belgian league and European competitions have made him one of the most promising assets on the transfer market. Union's hierarchy are not ruling out selling their rising star in January, hoping to secure maximum financial value from the emerging competition between the French and German clubs.

It is worth noting that Relebohile Mofokeng moved to Europe from South African giants Orlando Pirates, where he was an undisputed fan favourite and was named the best young player in the national championship. On the international stage, the winger has already established himself as a regular starter for South Africa, consistently standing out with his explosive pace, dribbling ability and unconventional decision-making in the final third.
