Details: According to insider David Ornstein, English side Brentford will officially unveil 35-year-old English midfielder Jordan Henderson, even though the contract will only be signed in the coming days.
This sequence of events is due to the club's wish to pay tribute to the late Diogo Jota and his family, ensuring that official ceremonies do not overlap with the days of mourning.
It is reported that the player will undergo a medical examination as early as tomorrow, after which a full contract will be signed.
At the moment, Jordan is a free agent after leaving Ajax Amsterdam, where he spent the last two seasons, making 57 appearances, scoring one goal, and providing nine assists.
Recall, before leaving Liverpool in 2023, Henderson spent his entire career in England, playing for clubs such as Sunderland and Coventry City, with his last club being Liverpool, where he played since 2011.
