The legend of Bayern Munich has extended his contract with the club


The legendary midfielder of Bayern Munich, Thomas Müller, has extended his contract with the club, as reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to sources, the German footballer will remain with the Munich team for another year. The agreement is set to last until June 2025. The head coach, Thomas Tuchel, personally spoke with Müller, expressing a desire for the midfielder to stay with the club.
A product of the Bayern Munich academy, where he has been involved since the age of 11, Müller defended the colors of Bayern II in the Regionalliga for two seasons starting in 2007. He made his debut for the main team in the Bundesliga on August 15, 2008, coming on as a substitute for Miroslav Klose in the 80th minute in a match against Hamburg.
Within a year, Thomas scored his first Bundesliga brace against Borussia Dortmund, and three days later, he repeated the feat in the Champions League against Maccabi Haifa. In his first full Bundesliga season (2009/10), he successfully established himself in Bayern's starting lineup.
The longstanding leader of Bayern, Thomas Müller, was the first in the team to react to the results of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw. In this stage, in 2024, the German team will face Lazio from Italy. According to Müller, he is pleased with the draw, as he is very fond of Rome.
