The Last Obstacle: Spanish Football Federation Approves Roque's Transfer to Palmeiras

The career of young forward Vitor Roque in Spain didn't pan out, and now nothing stands in the way of his return to Brazil.

Details: According to Diario Sport, the Royal Spanish Football Federation has finally given the green light for Roque's transfer to Palmeiras.

Previously, it blocked the move because the rules prohibit interrupting a player's loan when the transfer window is closed.

However, exceptions can be made in certain cases if it involves a further transfer to a league where the transfer window is still open. This is the avenue Barcelona and Betis utilized.

Palmeiras will pay 25 million euros plus bonuses for the 19-year-old Brazilian's transfer.

This season, Roque has only scored 4 goals in 22 La Liga matches.

Reminder: It was previously reported that Barcelona is interested in Espanyol's goalkeeper Joan Garcia.
