The kick-off of the Polish league match has been postponed. What is the reason?

On Friday, 30 January, the Matchday 19 fixture of the Polish Ekstraklasa between Radomiak Radom and Arka Gdynia was scheduled to take place, but the kick-off will not happen as planned.
Update: The match between Radomiak Radom and Arka Gdynia has been cancelled!
Details: According to PKO BP Ekstraklasa, due to problems with the stadium lighting, the match will not start at the scheduled time. As soon as the malfunction is resolved, a new kick-off time will be announced.
The clash between Radomiak Radom and Arka Gdynia was supposed to kick off at 20:30 CET.
However, as was later confirmed, the match will start 15 minutes later — at 20:45 CET.
