Bayern Munich defender Matthijs de Ligt has spoken out about his future. According to the Dutch center-back, he has no plans to leave the Allianz Arena in the near future.

"Thoughts of a transfer in the summer? No, no, I am very happy at Bayern. The club and the fans have always treated me with great love. Right now, I feel good. I'm very satisfied at the moment and hope that this season we can play very good matches and go far in the Champions League.

You can see it now with Upamecano and Kim: they didn't say anything, but everywhere it's written that some clubs want these players," de Ligt's words were quoted by Florian Plettenberg.

Earlier reports suggested that de Ligt was unhappy with the amount of playing time at Bayern and could leave the club in the summer.

The Netherlands international defender moved to Munich in 2022 from Juventus for 67 million euros. This season, the player has appeared in 22 matches in all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.

The Munich grand is in second place in the Bundesliga. Thomas Tuchel's team is ten points behind Bayer.
