The Ivory Coast women's team beats Kenya in a friendly match

Second victory for the Elephants as they prepare for the 2026 African Cup of Nations.
The Ivorian women's team won their second match on Wednesday 4 March 2026. Playing against Kenya at the Alassane Ouattara Olympic Stadium in Ebimpe, the Ivorians came out on top.
Ello Rebecca sealed the victory for the Elephants in the first half, scoring the only goal of the match in the 22nd minute.
Despite their attempts, neither team was able to find the back of the net again. Ivory Coast thus ended their preparations on a high note after their victory against Benin last weekend.
The Ivorians are now turning their attention to the African Women's Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place from 17 March to 3 April 2026 in Morocco.
