The first training session took place on Monday 1 June in Abidjan.
The Ivorian women’s team is preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations scheduled for this summer in Morocco. It is in this context that a new training camp has been launched during the June international break. The camp officially kicked off on Monday.
25 of the 27 players called up by Reynald Pedros were present. Ange Koko and Rosemonde Kouassi, who are currently absent, are expected to join the squad in the coming hours.
This training camp will culminate in a two-legged tie against Cape Verde at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium. The first leg will take place on 5 June at 7 pm GMT, whilst the second leg is scheduled for 8 June at 7 pm GMT.
