This training camp in preparation for the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations had been temporarily suspended due to the start of the CAF A Licence.
However, coach Diabaté Bassiriki's young players finally resumed training at the National Football Technical Center in Bingerville on Monday, 2 February 2026. Initially launched on 26 January, this observation camp aims to prepare the Ivory Coast U17 team for this year's African Cup of Nations in their category.
During this phase, the technical staff aims to evaluate new players from clubs in the various divisions of the Ivorian leagues. This will strengthen the existing team and refine the technical staff's tactical choices.
