The Italian grande dame urgently needs money, but the club already knows where to find it
Italy's Roma are having trouble getting past financial fair-play, but the amount they need to raise by 30 June is so small that the Romans intend to close it with a single transfer.
According to Marco Conterio, the Wolves are ten million euros short of the financial fair-play, and Roma intend to close the gap by selling striker Tammy Abraham. Interest in the English forward is present in his homeland, as Aston Villa are looking for a partner for Ollie Watkins.
Earlier, it was reported that not only Abraham will be pointed at the door in the summer. "Giallorossi" also intend to sell goalkeeper Mile Svilar to get more money for the transfer campaign. And during it, Wolves intend to be active with Daniele De Rossi's side in need of a new striker.
Abraham, 26, played just 12 games for the Giallorossi in the 2023-24 season, scoring 1 goal.
