The head coach of Bayern Munich could extend his career in Manchester

Manchester United is interested in Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel, as reported by Kicker.

The new owner of the Red Devils, Jim Ratcliffe, is a fan of the German specialist's work. He has had previous contacts with Tuchel and would like him to lead Manchester United if he indeed dismisses Erik ten Hag from the position of head coach. However, Tuchel himself is not concerned about this at the moment, as his main focus is on the remaining matches with Bayern Munich, particularly in the Champions League, where the Munich team is still in contention for the title.

Earlier, we reported that Antonio Conte and Thomas Tuchel are currently leading the shortlist for Manchester United's coach. Also considered are the candidacies of Julen Lopetegui and Roberto De Zerbi, but at the so-called "key moment of transition," the bosses of the Manchester club will prefer an experienced professional.

Conte and Tuchel are very familiar with English football, as both have won trophies with London's Chelsea. The Italian triumphed in the Premier League and the FA Cup, while the German led the Blues to victory in the Champions League in 2021.
