The groups of the main stage of qualifiers for UEFA Futsal EURO 2026 have been determined

The draw for the main round of qualification for the UEFA Futsal Euro 2026 took place at UEFA headquarters on May 30. The six winners of the preliminary stage were joined by the 34 best teams on the continent, according to the UEFA ranking.

It should be noted that Latvia and Lithuania, as hosts of the tournament, received a direct ticket directly to the final stage.

According to the results of the draw, ten groups of four teams were determined:

• Group 1: Ukraine, Romania, Germany, Cyprus;
• Group 2: Finland, Italy, Belarus, Malta;
• Group 3: Poland, Slovakia, Moldova, Turkey;
• Group 4: Slovenia, Hungary, Montenegro, Norway;
• Group 5: Croatia, Azerbaijan, Sweden, Greece;
• Group 6: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Denmark, Albania;
• Group 7: Portugal, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Andorra;
• Group 8: Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, England, Switzerland;
• Group 9: Serbia, Czechia, Belgium, Austria;
• Group 10: France, Georgia, Kosovo, Bulgaria.

The matches of the main round of Euro 2026 qualification will take place in the following frameworks: December 9-18, 2024, January 27 – February 5, March 3-12, April 7-16, 2025.

The winners of the quartets will go directly to the final tournament, while the top eight teams, which will finish second at the end of the main round of qualification, will determine the four participants in Lithuania and Latvia in a play-off round.

The draw for this stage will take place on May 15, 2025, with the two-match confrontations (home and away) taking place between September 15 and 24 of the same year.

The final tournament in Lithuania and Latvia, which will take place between 18 January and 8 February 2026 (exact dates to be determined later), will eventually feature 16 teams.
