German national team U17 defeated the French in a penalty shootout, becoming the world champions

Today, on December 2, the final match of the Under-17 World Cup took place. The teams from Germany and France faced each other on the field.

The Germans opened the scoring in the middle of the first half with a penalty converted by Brunner. Early in the second half of the match, Noy Darvich doubled his team's advantage. However, two minutes later, the French replied with a goal. As the regular time was coming to an end, Mathis Amugu managed to equalize the score, leading the game to a penalty shootout, which determined the world champion.

Fortune turned away from the French at this point as they missed three penalties. The deciding shot was scored by Kabara, securing victory for the Germans.
