The Gent defender could return to England. Two Premier League clubs are interested in him

Derby County defender Archie Brown left for Swiss Lausanne almost three years ago before moving to Belgian Gent, where he has attracted the attention of Premier League clubs.

According to The Guardian, Chelsea and West Ham are interested in the left-back. The Belgian giants value Brown at £15 million, but they will have to compete with foreign clubs to sign the 21-year-old.

It is added that Juventus, Milan, Lyon and Nice are also interested in the player.

The 21-year-old left-back has featured in 31 games for Gent this season, in which he has two assists. Transfermarkt values Brown at five million euros, and his contract with Gent is valid until the summer of 2027.

By the way, his purchase from Swiss Lausanne in the summer of 2023 cost Belgian Gent four million euros.
