The fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul has been postponed indefinitely
In less than two months, on July 20, fans were eagerly anticipating a fight between the legendary Mike Tyson and blogger Jake Paul. However, it was announced today that the bout has been postponed.
The reason for this is the deteriorating health of Iron Mike. Earlier, it was reported that Tyson fell ill on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, requiring medical attention.
This led to the fight's organizer, Jake Paul's company Most Valuable Promotions, announcing the postponement.
A new date has not yet been announced, but organizers plan to do so by June 7. The fight is expected to take place in the last quarter of this year. Most Valuable Promotions stated that Tyson is currently allowed to engage only in light training, after which he can resume preparation for the fight.
Amid the postponement, Jake Paul's younger brother, Logan Paul, challenged him to a fight. It seems the elder brother liked the idea. He commented:
"Mom doesn’t want me to KO you but fuck it.
Loser has to change their last name."
It is possible that instead of a bout with the legendary Mike Tyson, fans will witness a showdown between the two blogger brothers.
