Today has been an eventful day for Cypriot football fans, as two European football stars have signed contracts with First Division clubs.
Details: Former striker of Manchester City, Inter Milan, Fiorentina, and Monaco, Stevan Jovetić, has signed with Omonia Nicosia. The contract is valid until the end of the season.
Additionally, Polish national team legend Grzegorz Krychowiak has signed a one-year contract with Anorthosis. Krychowiak is well-known for his stints with PSG, Sevilla, and Bordeaux.
Reminder: Jovetić's last club was Olympiacos in Greece, while Krychowiak spent the previous season playing for Abha in Saudi Arabia.
