CAF has not yet issued an official statement about the ceremony.
However, sources say that the teams that have qualified for the 2025-26 Champions League quarter-finals will find out who they will be facing next Tuesday. The ceremony will take place in Cairo at the headquarters of the Confederation of African Football. It is scheduled to start at 1 pm in the presence of representatives from the eight qualifying clubs.
At the same time, the draw for the clubs that have qualified for the quarter-finals of the 2025-26 Confederation Cup will take place.
Pending the outcome of the two Group B matches that will conclude the sixth matchday of the Champions League group stage on Sunday 15 February, seven clubs have already secured their place in the quarter-finals.
These are Pyramids FC, RS Berkane, Al Ahly, Al Hilal, Mamelodi Sundowns, Stade Malien and ES Tunis. FAR Rabat and Young Africans are competing for the last ticket to the quarter-finals.
