Real Madrid is actively negotiating the transfer of Bayern Munich's left-back Alphonso Davies, as reported by As. According to the source, the Madrid club has almost reached an agreement on personal contract terms with the Canadian player.

As for the transfer fee, Real plans to spend €25 million with a possible increase to €30 million including bonuses. Bayern, on the other hand, insists on €50 million.

The 23-year-old player is determined to move to Madrid, as the Munich team is beginning to show impatience in the negotiations, which is causing dissatisfaction among Davies' entourage.

Earlier, we reported that an ultimatum was given to the player. The Munich team wants to know if the Canadian footballer will accept a new contract, which runs until 2029 with a salary of €14 million per year. However, Davies and his team are demanding €20 million per year. If the Canadian does not accept Bayern's offer, he will be put up for transfer.

The left-back for Bayern Munich has scored 2 goals and provided 4 assists in 33 matches this season.
