The managerial bench at Manchester City is about to officially welcome the successor to Pep Guardiola.

Details: According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Manchester City have reached an agreement with London’s Chelsea regarding the appointment of the ex-Blues coach as the new manager in Manchester. The contract has cost the Citizens €20 million.

The Italian specialist is preparing to sign a four-year deal, with all terms agreed and the official unveiling set to take place in the coming days.

During his tenure at Chelsea, Enzo Maresca managed to secure two trophies for the London side: the Conference League, as well as the FIFA Club World Cup, where they defeated French giants PSG in the final.
