The current winner of the Conference League will extend the contract with the coach
The reigning champion of the Conference League, West Ham, is looking to extend the contract of their head coach, David Moyes, as reported by The Guardian.
The existing agreement between the "Hammers" and the 60-year-old manager is set to expire at the end of the current season. According to sources, both parties are planning to extend it for another two years.
The Scottish expert joined the team in December 2019. Last year, under his guidance, West Ham finished only fourteenth in the Premier League but secured the Conference League, marking the club's first trophy in 43 years. In the ongoing season, the team is currently placed sixth in the English league and has progressed to the Europa League Round of 16.
David Moyes had a playing career spanning from 1980 to 1998 across various English and Scottish clubs.
