Germany’s head coach Julian Nagelsmann shared his thoughts on the potential reunion of Florian Wirtz and Jamal Musiala in the same team.
Details: During a press conference ahead of the match against the Netherlands, the Bundesteam coach stated that while he could imagine the two young stars playing together, it would be a costly endeavor.
Quote: "I can imagine Wirtz and Musiala together in a club, but it would be very expensive! Who knows, maybe Jamal will go to Leverkusen (laughs). In any case, bringing them together at club level would be expensive," Nagelsmann said.
Reminder: Manchester City and Bayern Munich are competing not only in the Champions League but also in the transfer market. The "Citizens" are interested in acquiring Florian Wirtz, as are the Munich giants. Additionally, City is considering a move for Musiala.
Also, Germany’s striker Niclas Füllkrug may miss the upcoming match due to an injury. The Bundesteam will face the Netherlands on Tuesday, September 10.
