Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino commented on the situation regarding the injury to Christopher Nkunku.

During the press conference before the Premier League match against Fulham, the Argentine specialist expressed some concern about the injury to the French footballer.

"I am a bit worried about Christopher. We don't know how it will ultimately unfold. Certainly, I am concerned because it has been ten days, and he still hasn't trained with the team. We are assessing his condition and the extent of the injury," said Mauricio Pochettino.

It is reasonable to recall that Christopher Nkunku, the French footballer, sustained a thigh injury during training. There were rumors that the Frenchman might miss around two to three weeks. He hasn't played many games for Chelsea. Nkunku suffered a knee injury in preseason matches and was sidelined until mid-December. After playing only four matches, he was not included in the squad for Chelsea's FA Cup match against Preston.

Christopher Nkunku joined Chelsea from RB Leipzig for €60 million and played in official matches only four times, all of them last month. With a total playing time of 153 minutes, he scored one goal.

On Saturday, January 13, Chelsea will play a home match against Fulham in the 21st round of the Premier League. The game will kick off at 13:30 Central European Time.
