The Bundesliga. Bayer secures a hard victory against Augsburg, while Leipzig lost against Eintracht

In the German Bundesliga, the matches of the 17th round were played, with particular attention to the encounters between the league leader Bayer against Augsburg and Leipzig against Eintracht.

The league leader was on the verge of sharing points with the mid-table team Augsburg. The pharmaceutical team dominated the game throughout but couldn't convert it into a scored goal until the 94th minute. That's when Ezekiel Palacios secured the much-needed victory for Bayer.
