"The best option" – Tel explains why he chose Tottenham over Arsenal and Man United

Bayern Munich striker Mathys Tel made a somewhat controversial decision—initially rejecting a move to Tottenham before ultimately joining the North London club. However, the French forward believes he made the right choice.

Details: Tel emphasized that Tottenham was the best option for him, which played a crucial role in his decision.

Quote: "Why did I choose Tottenham? Because it was the best option for me, and that was important. I felt their commitment, I spoke with the president, I spoke with the coach. I'm young, I'm developing, and this was the best choice for me, and I'm very happy.

I'm really excited to play with my teammates, in front of the fans. It's a new challenge for me, a new chapter to open. I'm very happy about it," Tel told Daily Mirror.

Reminder: Earlier, Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher suggested that Tel opted for Tottenham simply because no other clubs had made concrete offers for him.
