“The best moment of my career.” Estevão reflects on his goal and the match against Barcelona

Chelsea hosted Barcelona and simply dismantled the Catalan side 3-0. Estevão scored one of the goals, and after the match he shared his thoughts on the performance.

Details: Speaking to Amazon Prime Video Sport, Estevão said this was the best moment of his career. His family is currently in London, and he is overjoyed. He also described how he scored his goal.

Quote: “This is the best moment of my career… my family is here, I’m so happy. I have no words to describe how I feel. It all happened so fast. I found a little space and drove through it,” Estevão said.

We also reported that Estevão (18 years and 215 days old) became only the third teenager in history to score in each of his first three Champions League starts. Before him, only Kylian Mbappé (18 years and 113 days) and Erling Haaland (19 years and 107 days) had achieved this.

Reminder: Barcelona failed to score in an official match for the first time since December 2024, and their UEFA Champions League scoring streak also came to an end.
