The Bafana Bafana team returns to Cape Town again

The South African Football Federation has announced that its national team's first match in the upcoming football will be in Cape Town.

The Bafana Bafana national team concludes its matches at the International Stadium in Cape Town, to be the last match of the mourners in the qualifiers of the 2025 African Nations Championship. The last time the team played at this stadium was in 2015 and it was with a friendly victory against the national team of Angola by two goals to a goal.

SAFA president Danny Jordaan confirmed on Friday that Bafana Bafana will play their final qualifier against the Bright Stars in the Mother City four days later.
