Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners remains Juventus' top transfer target.
According to journalist Nicolo Schira, the club are taking steps to formalize the midfielder's transfer.
Juventus are working on selling some players to have more economic opportunities and increasing the financial offer for Atalanta to close the deal in the coming weeks.
New bianconerri head coach Thiago Motta considers Teun as a key player for the project he wants to build at his new club.
Earlier, it was reported that the 26-year-old Dutch player has already agreed a five-year contract with the Turin club. His annual salary will be 4.5 million euros.
The Dutchman has a current contract with Atalanta until June 2027, and his value, according to Transfermarkt, is estimated at 40 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.
In the previous season, Teun Koopmeiners played 50 matches for Atalanta, scored 15 goals and made 7 assists. He became the Europa League champion with the Italian club and the top scorer of the "Goddess" at the end of the season-2023/24.
