The forward has made a bold decision.

Details: Today, on his official X social media page, 31-year-old Belgian former striker for Liverpool, AC Milan, Lille, and Nottingham Forest Divock Origi announced his retirement from professional football.

Origi admitted that he has achieved everything he dreamed of in football and now intends to focus on other pursuits beyond the game.

During his career, Origi lifted the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, Premier League, FA Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup with Liverpool.

He also earned 32 caps for the Belgian national team, scoring 3 goals.

Origi's last club was Italy's AC Milan, which he left in January of this year after not featuring in a single match over the past two seasons.

Reminder: Big talent! Rio Ngumoha could end up in the Bundesliga
