Ten Hag revealed when Luke Shaw is expected to return

Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has provided an update on when defender Luke Shaw is expected to return to action.
Details: According to the coach, Shaw is anticipated to make his comeback either before the international break for national team games or immediately after it.
Quote: “Will Shaw return before the international break in October? Possibly, it's likely... But I can’t say 100%. At the moment, I can’t guarantee that. The plan is for him to return before the break, but it might also happen a bit later,” ten Hag told Fabrizio Romano.
Reminder: Shaw has not played this season due to a calf injury he sustained during pre-season training.
The defender had also been sidelined with a calf issue in February, causing him to miss the final months of the 2023/24 Premier League campaign, only returning for England's Euro 2024 matches.
Additionally, one of Manchester United's star signings, Leny Yoro, has yet to make his debut due to a foot injury sustained during pre-season. However, the 18-year-old defender is determined to recover in time for a high-profile match.
