Tanzania’s friendly matches against Uganda and Rwanda will no longer take place
They have been cancelled
Already in Morocco, the Taifa Stars must return to Dar es Salaam.
Tanzania are holding their training camp in Morocco as part of the June international break. This camp was due to feature two international friendly matches against Uganda and Rwanda. However, these matches will no longer take place.
They have been cancelled due to health precautions taken by the Moroccan authorities in response to the Ebola outbreak. Options were considered to relocate these matches to Egypt, but this proved impossible due to visa issues. The Tanzanian national team is therefore forced to return to Dar es Salaam.
