"Surprising statements" after leaving the club, Gilberto announces the reasons for his departure from the Buccaneers!

After completing his exit on loan to the Angolan giant Petro de Lauada, the former Orlando Pirates player spoke about the reasons for his exit and about his last days at the club as well.

The player has provided excellent content since his arrival in the Angolan team, in the CAF Champions League, in addition to his wonderful performance in the CAf cups of African nations, which made him one of the best players in the 2023-2024 season.

This performance, which he presented in all these championships, made him wanted by clubs in Turkey and Portugal, but in the end the player arrived at Bayreuth last season, after the Pirates successfully hijacked the player's deal.

But despite his outstanding performance previously in those tournaments, the talented winger failed to give anything significant in 12 matches in which he appeared within the plans of the Spanish coach Jose Rivero, therefore the management decided to send him again on loan until the end of the season to the Petro team.
