Super goal. Seven years ago Ronaldo scored against Juventus with a bicycle kick
The first matches of the UEFA Champions League playoffs kick off next week, but seven years ago, on April 3 and 4, the first meetings of this stage took place. One of the matches witnessed a legendary moment.
Details: In the first quarterfinal, Juventus hosted Real Madrid. In Turin, the Whites crushed their opponents with a 3-0 victory, and the highlight was Cristiano Ronaldo's second goal.
After a cross from Dani Carvajal, the Portuguese forward executed an incredible bicycle kick, sending the ball into the net and making the score 2-0.
Real advanced further, defeating Juventus with a total score of 4-3 over two matches. Ultimately, Madrid won the Champions League, beating Bayern in the semifinals and Liverpool in the final (3-1).
Reminder: Cristiano Ronaldo, as always, is diligently preparing for matches, giving his all in every training session. Currently, the player has showcased on his Instagram page how a training session at Al-Nassr is going.
